Veilbreaker: The Cleaving of Kālī-Kṣetra

“The cleaving of the worlds was felt long before the blade was seen.
When the Kharga of Kali lodged itself in the bones of the sacred realm, the world convulsed once and then fell silent, as though breath had become a forgotten habit, sound had become stone and light hung to dead air like a rotten scent of sin.
Temples drifted like dead constellations, stairways curled into the void, and broken planets trembled beneath a stillness older than creation.
Suspended at the heart of this unraveling hung a human shape, smoldering with quiet intent — Yugantak, whose mere presence bent the laws of devotion and gravity alike.
Nothing screamed. Nothing moved. The realm simply waited, trapped in the pause between existence and whatever comes after.”
- The Ten-Fold Tear

More explorations and musings on my story, this time trying to show the antagonistic force of this world, the entity that seeks dissolution of all hope, light and love. The indifference of the cosmic forces lets those be used for devastation in a scale never seen before. The world shatters and rebuilds itself, losing the soul. More dread to come, more worlds to rebuild! Hope you're liking this!
