Percy Jackson and The Olympians - Persephone's Throne

Percy Jackson and The Olympians - Persephone Throne
Though Persephone doesn't appear in the first book, in the movie adaptation of Percy Jackson back in 2010, they showed Persephone and her weird interaction with Grover, which was completely unnecessary and distasteful compared to the mood of the story. Thankfully, this time, it wasn't forced into the plot. And according to the description in the book, Persephone's empty throne was seen just beside Hades' throne.
Though it was a relatively secondary prop, I somehow got very interested to design it in a way which would tell the story of the missing character. The story of Persephone being tricked by Hades to eat pomegranate seeds from the tress of the Underworld so she would be unable to completely leave that place, seemed interesting and I wanted to use the pomegranate fruit and flowers as a design motif. The idea and the design were loved by Dan, our production designer, and was approved after a few rounds of feedback. Though it appears way far in the background in the series, still, looks exactly the same and made me feel so good!
