Professor Shonku and The Mystery of the Desert: Part 1

While investigating for any leads about the disappearance of Prof. Hector Demetrius, Professor Shonku and Sommervile find the mangled remains of an animal on the slopes of Psiloritis hill, being feasted upon by a wake of vultures, deep in the pine forest. It appeared to be a feline mammal, with long, black, coarse hair, but there have never been any records of black panthers or any tiger like animals here. Mikhail, the domestic help of Demetrius, mentioned that he had heard a gunshot from this part of the hill, the same evening that Demetrius disappeared. Did he kill this strange animal? Where did it come from? They last heard that Demetrius has left Crete that very day and two days ago, he was seen in Cairo. What is he up to?

So, here's the first keyframe from the Shonku universe! Professor Shonku is a fictional scientist created by Satyajit Ray in a series of Bengali science fiction books published from 1965. His full name is Trilokeshwar Shonku, and by occupation, he is a physicist and an inventor. Professor Shonku had many adventures, in both real and fantastical places, some with historical leanings and some with great revelations connected to human civilization.

I am trying to work on Shonku o Moru Rohosyo[ Mystery of the Desert] first, hopefully, try to make 3-4 keyframes out of it. Hope you like this one!
